Menu Plan 04/04 -- 04/09

I'm watching my carbs....again.  I love carbs and am quite addicted to them.  I gave them up for like 8 days a couple of months ago and well, I missed them.  I'm not cutting them out completely, just really being aware of my carb intact.  At that same time B is trying to get in shape and watching how he is eating too.

Monday:
Dinner:  Green Salad with grilled chicken

Tuesday:
Dinner:  Grilled salmon with zucchini and asparagus

Wednesday:
Dinner:  Lettuce Wraps

Thursday:
Dinner:  Gyros in pita

Friday:
Dinner: Baked Whole Chicken with a salad

Saturday:
Dinner:  Baked potatoes with Tuna (per B's request.  I'll be going to a concert!)
